We’re thrilled to share that de.iterate has been named GRC Provider of the Year at the 2026 Australian Cyber Awards.

The Australian Cyber Awards recognise the people and businesses shaping Australia’s cyber sector, from defence, insurance and cloud services through to technology, STEM, consultancy and ransomware protection. In 2026, the awards brought together leading cyber professionals and organisations at The Star in Sydney to celebrate excellence across the industry.

And yes — we’re pretty chuffed.

Recognition for a Different Kind of Compliance

The GRC Provider of the Year category recognises cyber security businesses delivering effective and innovative governance, risk and compliance services that help strengthen Australia’s cyber security capabilities.

For us, that makes this win especially meaningful.

Since day one, de.iterate has been built around a simple belief: compliance should be practical, connected and genuinely useful — not a once-a-year scramble, a dusty policy folder, or an elaborate spreadsheet situation held together by hope.

Our goal has always been to help organisations move away from disconnected documents, manual admin and audit panic, and towards a more sustainable way of managing compliance every day. Less chaos. More ducks in a row.

With over 221 finalists in the 2026 awards, we’re thrilled that de.iterate was name a winner.

Why This Matters

GRC can sometimes sound like an abstract acronym that lives somewhere between the boardroom, the audit team and a very complicated spreadsheet. But in practice, GRC is where cyber security becomes operational.

It is how organisations understand risk, assign responsibility, maintain evidence, keep policies current, prepare for audits, and prove that security and compliance are not just theoretical.

This matters because the compliance landscape is only getting more complex. Organisations are managing ISO standards, Essential Eight, privacy obligations, customer due diligence, SOC 2, NIST, DISP, Right Fit for Risk, AI governance and more, often all at once.

The challenge is not just meeting one framework. It is building a system that can scale across many. That is exactly what de.iterate was created to do.

Built for Compliance that Works in the Real World

de.iterate brings policies, risks, evidence, audits, registers, assurance tasks and reporting into one connected platform. But the real point is not the platform itself. The point is what it helps organisations achieve:

    • clearer ownership
    • stronger visibility
    • less duplicated effort
    • better audit readiness
    • more sustainable compliance
    • and a management system that keeps working after certification day

Because good compliance should not depend on one exhausted person remembering where everything is. It should be structured. It should be visible. And ideally, it should not require a minor existential crisis every time an auditor asks for evidence.
