Nerida brings more than 15 years’ experience in project management, brand leadership, and customer-focused delivery across Australia, the UK, and international markets. With a background spanning FMCG, healthcare, advertising, and regulated industries, Nerida has built her career around understanding customers, refining processes, and delivering structured, high-performing outcomes. Her work has ranged from launching products into new global markets to managing large-scale campaign rollouts.
Prior to joining de.iterate, Nerida held senior roles including International Product Manager at Dr. Oetker Queen Australia. She also previously led brand portfolios at Vitaco Health and managed major accounts including Lion, BSkyB and Stockland during her time in agency environments in Sydney and London.
At de.iterate, Nerida leads Customer Experience, ensuring every stage of the client journey is structured, seamless and value-driven. She establishes and refines customer workflows, and partners closely with product and operations teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
