We were frustrated with outdated and ineffective compliance techniques that failed to protect companies and their clients. We were fed up with compliance programs that were little more than a ‘tick box’ exercise. And, we knew growing businesses were just as frustrated.
We were certain that cyber security and data privacy compliance needed a massive shake-up. Traditional compliance frameworks are built around one day of the year: the annual audit. Then, for the other 364 days of the year, employees are confused and companies are non-compliant.
Compliance needed to evolve from dry, paper-based policy manuals left gathering dust in a desk drawer, into an engaging education-based program designed to arm individuals with the cyber skills they needed to protect their businesses, clients, employees, and themselves.
And so, de.iterate was born.
Over the next few years, we re-built compliance from the ground up. We created a platform firmly focused on the real-world, practical applications of compliance. We consciously avoided the pitfalls commonly associated with the technology-first compliance implementations and focused on helping businesses implement sustainable processes that work for them.
de.iterate went ‘live’ in July 2022 with our easy-to-use, interactive, all-in-one online policy manual employee training platform and compliance calendar.
